- Early check-in or late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Parties, loud music, and shouting are prohibited to maintain a peaceful environment.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 10:00 AM.
- Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight.
- The suite and private patio garden are strictly non-smoking. Violations will result in a fine.
- A fee of €50 will be charged for lost keys.
Payment & Cancellation Policies
- All prices are exclusive of 12.5% tourist tax, which must be paid upon check-in.
- Bookings require a valid credit card to secure your booking.
- Once we receive your details, we will email a booking confirmation including the address, check‑in information, policies, and payment terms.
- The full reservation amount will be charged upon booking directly.
- Cancellation/No‑show: Cancellations or changes made within 30 days of arrival, as well as no‑shows, will incur a charge of the full reservation amount, which is non-refundable.
